Billr ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Billr stores all data locally on your device. We collect and store:

Company information you enter (names, addresses, tax numbers)
Invoice data (invoice numbers, line items, amounts)
Client information you enter
Time tracking data

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data will also be stored in your personal iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

We do not have access to your data. We do not operate servers that store your information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Your data remains on your device and/or your personal iCloud account.

Analytics

Billr does not collect analytics or usage data. We do not track how you use the app.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information. You can:

Export your data at any time via the Settings screen
Delete all data using the "Reset All Data" option
Delete the app to remove all locally stored data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
